About the Job

Acting at data engineer within the Digital Technology Enablement, Enterprise Access Management organization, the is a critical role in leading the implementation of centralized and harmonized user access management product (CARE) for Sanofi business application. The CARE (Centralized Access Request entry) provides a Harmonized and Centralized Access Management solution with robust compliance capabilities. The CARE simplifies the Sanofi architecture by leveraging a SaaS solution and supports the retirement of outdated access management solutions.​

In this role, you will be responsible for building workflow for user access management system for Sanofi business applications using Saviynt.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Developing and implementing custom rules, workflows, and reports.

·       Support onboarding of new business applications into the CARE product.

·       Configuring and maintaining Saviynt connectors.

·       Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to identity and access management.

·       Participating in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

·       Ensuring compliance with security standards and regulations.

·       Working with Active Directory, LDAP, and other enterprise systems.

Skills and Qualifications:

·       Experience:

o   Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience working in Saviynt support.

o   In-depth understanding of Saviynt product functionality, including provisioning, access certification, SOD, analytics, RBAC, workflow, email notifications, etc.

o   Experience designing and implementing JML flows for Saviynt automation.

o   Strong working experience with regulated environment preferably in pharmaceutical industries.

o   Good understanding of SOX and GxP.

·       Qualification:

o   Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.

·       Functional & Technical Knowledge:

o   Good understanding of User Access Management.

o   Familiarity with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban. 

o   Good understanding of Confluence, JIRA, & XRAY.

o   Experience with application onboarding, connector configuration, and workflow development within Saviynt. 

o   Strong knowledge of custom rule development and third-party system integration. 

o   Proficiency in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution. 

o   Experience with Java and J2EE.

o   Experience with JavaScript. 

·       Communication and Collaboration:

o   Fluent in English (French is a plus) 

o   Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 

o   Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

o   Strong attention to detail

o   Experience working cross-functional teams to support solution of complex data architecture problems   

o   Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
