Job Role - Engineer RTS Kafka (Real-Time Streaming Kafka)

One of our clients is looking to hire Data Engineers/Platform Engineers for the role of "Engineer - RTS Kafka". This job requires experience in managing Kafka clusters in a high throughput environment. Please note that the client details will be shared with the candidate only after shortlisting is done.

Here is what you'll do -

Design, configure, and manage Apache Kafka clusters in high-throughput environments.

Build and support event-driven, real-time streaming architectures.

Develop and optimize scalable, fault-tolerant streaming pipelines.

Deploy and manage Kafka and applications on AWS, Azure, or OCI.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, ArgoCD, or similar tools.

Apply GitOps principles and manage source control using Git.

Work with cloud-native applications and automation toolsets.

Implement design patterns for scalable and maintainable distributed systems.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize streaming infrastructure performance.

Requirements -

Strong hands-on experience with Kafka setup and configuration in high-throughput environments.

Solid understanding of event-driven and streaming architectures.

Experience working with large-scale streaming datasets.

Exposure to public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or OCI).

Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, ArgoCD, etc.), and GitOps practices.

Experience building or supporting cloud-native applications.

Strong understanding of distributed systems and design patterns
