We are hiring for below positions for Hyderabad location

Job description:

10 years of experience in Data Engineering Data Operations

4 years of people management experience including managing managers

Strong handson knowledge of Microsoft Azure ADF Synapse Databricks SQL ADLS

Experience managing largescale enterprise data platforms

Proven track record in operational excellence and automation

Experience in cloud cost optimization FinOps exposure preferred

Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Experience handling incident management and driving RCA improvements

Solid understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple data operations teams including managers and senior engineers

Own endtoend reliability scalability and performance of enterprise data platforms Azure ecosystem

Drive DataOps strategy including automation monitoring observability and continuous improvement

Ensure SLA adherence incident reduction and faster MTTR

Partner with engineering analytics AIML and finance teams to deliver business impact

Lead cloud cost optimization and operational efficiency initiatives

Oversee major incident management root cause analysis and preventive controls

Drive data governance compliance and security standards

Provide executivelevel reporting on operational health KPIs and risks

Build strong leadership bench strength through hiring coaching and performance management

Skills

Mandatory Skills : Azure Data Factory, Data Analysis, Stakeholder Management

Good to Have Skills : Data Architecture, Data Governance, Databricks, Problem Management
