Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Data / Cloud Operations Engineer with strong experience in cloud platforms, ETL technologies, and SQL. The ideal candidate should be able to handle complex incidents, mentor team members, and work closely with client stakeholders while ensuring high service quality.
Key Requirements:
- 45 years of IT experience in operations/support environments
- Good understanding of SDLC
- Hands-on experience with AWS or any public cloud platform
- Experience with ETL tools/technologies
- Strong SQL and database expertise
- Proficiency in at least one: Python, Java, React, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience using ServiceNow and SharePoint
- Ability to debug complex incidents and meet client SLAs
- Experience mentoring 23 team members
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with a quality-focused mindset
