You will work alongside consulting teams to demonstrate AI and data tools, empowering them to leverage technology independently. Your role bridges advanced technology and practical application, building reusable solutions while fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Partner with project teams to solve technical challenges, ensuring they can tackle similar problems autonomously in the future
• Identify common patterns and develop reusable tools that consultants can leverage off-the-shelf
• Demonstrate capabilities using the firm's technology ecosystem, including Microsoft Fabric, Copilot, and AI tools
• Own end-to-end execution while collaborating across business units to deliver aligned solutions
• Create tools, documentation, and training materials that enable independent achievement of project goals

What You Bring

Education

• Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, mathematics, or related field

Technical Skills

• Data engineering and database management experience
• Python or Spark coding and data science skills
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric
• Hands-on experience with large language models or natural language processing tools

• Ability to train and upskill non-technical professionals
