Job Description
Role Overview
We are hiring a Data Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Guidewire platform and GCP services. The role involves designing and maintaining scalable ingestion pipelines and collaborating across product and infrastructure teams.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience working on Guidewire Insurance platform
- Strong hands-on skills in Python & SQL
- Experience with GCP services (Cloud Composer, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub)
- Experience building and enhancing data ingestion pipelines
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance ingestion pipelines across environments
- Develop and debug pipelines using Python & SQL
- Work with GCP services for orchestration and processing
- Support CI/CD workflows (GitLab) and infrastructure updates (Terraform)
- Ensure labeling, tagging, and cost governance standards on GCP
