Position: Data Engineer (SQL)
Location: Pune, MH (Work from office - 4:30 pm - 1:30 am IST to support US based clients)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ETL / Data Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of scalable data integration pipelines within our data platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL, Python, and workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow, along with a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and data pipeline architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/data integration pipelines for processing and transforming large datasets.
- Implement data transformation logic using Python and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Build and manage workflow orchestration pipelines using Airflow.
- Work with relational and non-relational databases to support data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
- Develop and maintain data warehouse models, including star and snowflake schemas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development or Data Engineering.
- Strong expertise in SQL (advance level querying) and working with relational and non-relational databases.
- Proficiency in Python for data transformation and pipeline development.
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
