Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications using Ab Initio. Your typical day will involve leading the effort to deliver high-quality solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications using Ab Initio, acting as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects, utilizing strong communication and leadership skills. - Ensure high-quality solutions are delivered, adhering to best practices and standards. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Packaged Application Development, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong proficiency in Ab Initio. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with UNIX Shell Scripting and GCP Dataflow. - Solid understanding of Packaged Application Development best practices and standards. - Experience in leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Experience in providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Ab Initio. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
