Who are we? 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize complex PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers, and functions.
• Write efficient Python scripts for data transformation, ETL automation, system integration, and reporting tasks.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in PL/SQL queries and stored procedures.
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and availability across systems.
• Integrate data between systems using Python (e.g., REST APIs, flat files, database connectors).
• Support deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications in production.
• Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and application developers to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Proficient in Oracle and PostgreSQL database administration, with strong skills in Python for automation, data modeling, and experience using GitLab and Jira for version control and project tracking.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Python.
• Deep understanding of Oracle Database and SQL performance tuning.
• Experience working with large datasets and data manipulation.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with job schedulers and ETL tools (e.g., Apache Airflow, Control-M, Informatica).
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON/XML data formats.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) is a plus.
• Knowledge of data modeling and database design best practices.
