• Good Problem-solving skills with Analytical aptitude.
• Good understanding of databases ( SQL,)
• Ability to understand the issues and create RCA.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders for issue fixes.
• Analyze and document the issue patterns and report to the respective stakeholder for resolution.
