Data Collation and Reporting

We are looking for a candidate with 24 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment to join us as a Data Collation and Reporting Executive.

Role Overview:

The Data Collation and Reporting Executive will be responsible for managing, validating, and structuring production-related data across the organisation.

The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability, while generating structured reports that support operational efficiency and management decision-making.

This position plays a critical role in improving visibility across production functions and strengthening reporting discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collation

• Collect production-related data from multiple departments.
• Ensure timely submission of daily/weekly/monthly data.
• Track missing, delayed, or incomplete data.
• Maintain structured and organised data repositories.

Data Validation & Clean-Up

• Review data for inconsistencies, duplication, and gaps.
• Standardise formats across production sheets and reports.
• Build internal checks to minimise reporting errors.
• Coordinate with concerned teams to correct discrepancies.

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare structured production reports for management.
• Generate dashboards and summary performance reports.
• Highlight trends, deviations, and operational bottlenecks.
• Support review meetings with accurate and reliable data insights.

Process Structuring

• Develop and refine reporting templates.
• Assist in defining data submission formats and timelines.
• Support documentation of reporting-related SOPs.
• Recommend improvements in production data flow and reporting systems.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with production, planning, and operations teams.
• Ensure clarity in reporting expectations.
• Act as a link between operational teams and management reporting requirements.
