About Ecologiq

Ecologiq is a renewable energy engineering and EPC group operating in Australia and expanding in India. We deliver commercial solar PV and battery energy storage systems primarily to government bodies, councils, educational institutions, and strategic private sector clients.

We are building a structured, KPI-driven outbound growth engine and require a Data & Campaign Automation Specialist to ensure disciplined execution of marketing operations across both markets.


Role Summary

This is an execution-critical role.

You will be responsible for:

Managing Zoho CRM data structure

Running campaign automation

Maintaining data hygiene

Supporting structured outbound marketing

Ensuring zero-error campaign execution

You will work under the Performance Marketing Lead and manage Data Intelligence Executives.

This role requires precision, discipline, and strong CRM capability.


Core Responsibilities

1. CRM Data Management (Zoho)

Maintain and enforce CRM tagging standards

Structure lead segments (Regional Victoria, Government, Commercial India, etc.)

Manage lifecycle stages (Cold Engaged Qualified Meeting Booked)

Ensure duplicate-free CRM

Monitor weekly data accuracy

Audit team CRM updates

You must be comfortable working daily inside Zoho CRM.


2. Campaign Execution & Automation

Create and manage email sequences in Zoho Campaigns

Build automation workflows for engagement tracking

Set up segmentation filters

Upload verified contact lists

Schedule campaigns (AU time zone coordination required)

Run A/B subject line testing

Ensure zero broken links, formatting errors, or email bounce issues

You are responsible for operational precision.


3. Data Intelligence Supervision

Guide Data Intelligence Executives in:

  • Apollo extraction
  • Contact verification
  • LinkedIn validation
  • Role identification (Council Engineers, Asset Managers, etc.)

Ensure weekly data volume targets are met

Verify accuracy before CRM upload

This role is accountable for data quality, not just data quantity.


4. Marketing Performance Reporting

Generate weekly performance reports:

  • Open rate
  • Click rate
  • Response rate
  • Database growth
  • Bounce rate

Prepare structured dashboards for review meetings

Identify underperforming segments

Flag issues to Marketing Lead

You must think analytically, not just execute mechanically.


5. Paid Campaign Support

Assist in LinkedIn Ads setup (audience segmentation + tracking)

Assist in Google Ads reporting

Manage retargeting list uploads

Track campaign attribution inside CRM

You are not required to design strategy, but you must support execution.


6. KPIs (Measured Weekly & Monthly)

You will be evaluated on:

CRM error rate < 3%

Duplicate rate < 2%

Campaign execution accuracy (zero operational errors)

Data upload accuracy

Report submission consistency

Bounce rate control

Segmentation accuracy

Performance is measurable.


7. Required Experience

36 years experience in B2B marketing operations

Strong hands-on experience in Zoho CRM (mandatory preferred)

Experience in email automation platforms

Familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager

Experience in database cleaning & segmentation

Strong Excel skills

Understanding of outbound B2B marketing

Renewable energy exposure is a plus, not mandatory.


8. Technical Skills Required

Must be proficient in:

Zoho CRM

Zoho Campaigns

Excel / Google Sheets

Data validation & segmentation

Basic marketing analytics

Apollo or similar database tools

Bonus:

Experience in renewable energy / infrastructure sectors

Experience supporting AU market campaigns

Competitive India CTC (based on experience).
