Job Title: Databricks Architect

Experience:

• 10+ years of IT experience

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Databricks
• Hands-on with Delta Lake
• Good knowledge of PySpark or Scala Spark
• Experience with Unity Catalog
• Strong data modeling skills

Good to Have:

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS Cloud

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Databricks Lakehouse architecture
• Ingest and transform batch and streaming data
• Build and manage data pipelines using PySpark and Delta Live Tables
• Perform cluster sizing and performance tuning
• Implement data security and governance
• Collaborate with business and technical teams in an Agile environment
• Handle customer interactions and provide technical guidance

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Good customer handling skills
