SN            Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
1 Defines the overall data architecture framework, including standards, policies, and procedures for data management. 
2 Establishes and enforces data governance policies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security and best practices
3 Designs and implements data integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow across systems using data mesh and data fabrics
4 Implements and maintains data security measures to protect sensitive data. 
5 Identifies and addresses data performance issues to ensure efficient data access and processing
6 Evaluates and recommends new technologies and tools to enhance data management capabilities. 
7 Plans and executes data migrations from legacy systems to new systems. 
8 Designs and implements databases, data warehouses, and data lakes. 
9 Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
10 Experience in atleast 2 end to end implementation of data projects
