Summary: This role involves leading the design and implementation of complex and strategic solutions that align with organizational goals. The Solution Architect at this level plays a crucial role in shaping the technology strategy and driving innovation within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Solution Design: Lead the design and development of strategic solutions that align with the organization's business and technology objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into architectural solutions. Technology Road Mapping: Develop and maintain technology roadmaps that guide the evolution of systems and applications. Stay informed about emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the organization. Architecture Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices. Provide guidance to development teams to ensure adherence to architectural principles. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions. Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify and analyse technical risks associated with proposed solutions. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address potential challenges. Integration and Interoperability: Design solutions that enable seamless integration and interoperability between different systems and applications. Ensure that architectural solutions align with industry standards and best practices. Performance Optimization: Optimize the performance and scalability of solutions, considering factors such as data volume, processing speed, and user experience. Conduct performance assessments and implement improvements as needed. Security Architecture: Define and implement security architectures to protect organizational assets. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to address security threats and vulnerabilities. Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, decisions, and guidelines. Communicate architectural concepts and decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on designing and implementing complex systems. In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, design patterns, and best practices. Strong understanding of various technologies, including cloud platforms, databases, and development frameworks. Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Proven ability to lead and mentor development teams in the implementation of architectural designs. Experience with architecture modelling tools and methodologies. Certifications in relevant areas such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or equivalent are highly desirable. Educational Qualification:15 years full time education
