Summary: As a Data Architect, you will define the data requirements and structure for the application. You will model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration. Your typical day will involve analyzing data needs, creating data models, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring data integrity and security. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs. - Define data requirements and structure for the application. - Model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration. - Ensure data architecture aligns with project goals and requirements. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles. - Strong understanding of data modeling and database design. - Experience with data integration and ETL processes. - Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices. - Experience with data security and privacy. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud-based data platforms. - Good Knowledge in streaming technologies like Kafka and Spark. - Familiarity with Hadoop and Spark. - Knowledge of data analytics and visualization tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 18 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles. - 15 years full-time education is required.
