Summary: As a Data Architect, you will define the data requirements and structure for the application. You will model and design the application data structure, storage, and integration. Your typical day will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the data architecture meets the needs of the project and contributes to its success. You will also be responsible for analyzing and solving complex data-related problems, ensuring data quality and integrity, and providing guidance on data governance best practices. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into data models and structures. - Design and implement data integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems. - Develop and maintain data architecture standards and guidelines. - Provide technical guidance and support to the development team. - Identify and resolve data-related issues and ensure data quality and integrity. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data architecture and governance. - Train and mentor junior data professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques. - Experience in designing and implementing data integration solutions. - Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices. - Hands-on experience with data management tools and technologies. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP systems. - Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and technologies. - Experience in data migration and data quality management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A Full-time Engineering degree is required.
