Data & Analytics Practice Head @ Pune/80-85L including variable/Preference is from Tier1/2 IT Services orgs

Role:

He/ She would drive the data and AI initiatives. with a clear focus on revenue recognition and profitability management. The role involves leading a high-performing team, client and partner relationships, owning the practice's solutioning team and RFP responses.

He/she should have Deep Data & AI Expertise. Be able to provide expert guidance in data engineering (architecture, warehousing, ETL/ELT, data lakes, pipelines, governance). Stay current with AI/ML, big data, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Oversee the design and implementation of scalable, secure data solutions.

AsK:

20+ years of total experience. Someone who has had a career from data and now branched into data engineering leadership role would be ideal.

Should have experience in designing and managing large-scale modern architecture data platforms.

Strong grasp of AI/ML concepts and business applications.

Extensive experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Demonstrated interest and exposure to emerging AI, including Agentic AI and advanced automation.

Proficiency in Spark, Databricks, databases (SQL, NoSQL), data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, Big Query), ETL/ELT, and data Quality and governance.
