Data Analytics & AI Delivery Head (500+teams with 50-100MM) @ Pune/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Chennai- Looking from IT Services Orgs ONLY/90L+

Note: Someone who has started off his/her career into DWH and now at a strategic delivery role at a Tier 1 IT Services firm would be ideal.

Role:

Lead the Data & AI delivery portfolio for either BFSI/CPG/Retail/E-commerce domains across geographiesowning P&L, margin, utilization, and delivery excellence.

Orchestrate large, multitower programs spanning data platforms, analytics/ML (incl. GenAI), data governance, and cloud modernization while scaling a highperforming global team and deepening Csuite relationships.

AsK:

20+ years in technology services with 10+ years leading Data/Analytics/AI programs and 8+ years in P&L/portfolio leadership for large global accounts.

Proven scale: $50M -100M+ portfolio or multiple 10M programs; leadership of 500+ FTE across locations (mix of FTE/contract/partners).

Demonstrated success delivering across CP&T subverticals (e.g., BFSI, CPG, Retail, Consumer Electronics, eCommerce/D2C), partnering with business and IT.

Deep delivery and governance expertise spanning cloud data platforms, AI/ML (incl. GenAI), MLOps, data quality & governance, and platform engineering on Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Strong executive presence: CxO engagement, contract management, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder management.

Education: Bachelors in Engineering/Technology; Masters/MBA preferred. Relevant certifications.
