Job Description
Education & Experience
- Bachelors Degree / Bachelor of Technology or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in survey-related work
- Majority experience in any survey platform is a strong advantage
- Experience with corporate policies, markets, and business processes
- Strong background in data management , including:
- Data retrieval via specialized APIs
- Data transformation and loading between systems
Technical Skills (Required & Preferred)
Core Technical Skills
- Survey platform implementation and management
- API-based integrations using JSON
- Data analytics and reporting with actionable insights
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills
Added Advantage / Preferred Skills
- Integration of survey tools with:
- Salesforce (SFDC)
- SQL databases
- Other enterprise tools using APIs
- Knowledge of:
- Machine Learning
- Python
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- SharePoint development and management

- VBA

- Visual Studio (SSIS packages)
