Job Description
Responsibility:
- Prepare and send weekly and monthly sales reports to customers.
- Maintain and organize customer data and sales records accurately.
- Create presentations and visual reports using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to reports and data.
- Assist in tracking sales performance and KPIs.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive customer information.
