We are looking for a highly motivated Data Analyst to help us unlock the power of data across the organization. In this role, you will generate insights on customer behavior, product performance, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Youll collaborate closely with product, marketing, clinical, and tech teams to foster a truly data-driven culture and enable smarter decision-making.

• Collect, process, and clean data from multiple sources (CRM, diagnostic labs, product usage, etc.)
• Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies
• Build dashboards and automated reports to track KPIs across teams
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to leadership
• Partner with product and tech teams to improve data instrumentation, tagging, and collection
• Support clinical research, efficacy analysis, and customer outcome studies
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and privacy compliance

• 01 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Metabase, etc.)
• Working knowledge of business terminology and metrics
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional startup environment
