Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and structure data from

multiple sources for accurate analysis.

Reporting & Dashboard Creation: Develop reports and dashboards using

Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools for business performance tracking.

Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze trends, patterns, and correlations to

provide actionable business insights.

Performance Tracking: Measure and track key business KPIs, providing

regular updates to stakeholders.

Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales,

Operations, Finance) to support data-driven decision-making.

Automation & Optimization: Assist in automating reports and workflows

to enhance efficiency.

Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes,

ensuring consistency and transparency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous Experience: Proven experience in a data analysis role,

preferably in a similar industry.

Excel & Google Sheets Expertise: Strong command over formulas, pivot

tables, data validation, and automation.

Data Visualization: Proficiency in tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google

Data Studio is a plus.

SQL & Database Knowledge: Basic SQL knowledge for data extraction

and querying is preferred.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to derive insights from data and

present them effectively.

Attention to Detail: Accuracy in handling large datasets and reporting.

Communication & Presentation Skills: Ability to convey complex data

findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Business Acumen: Understanding of business operations and how data

impacts decision-making.
