We are seeking a Data Analyst for a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to identify trends and opportunities, creating data models, preparing actionable reports, and supporting decision-making processes. Additional responsibilities include interpreting statistical data, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with teams to improve data-driven strategies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex data effectively.
• Experience in Data Analytics, including data cleaning, visualization, and deriving actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Statistics and statistical tools relevant for data analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Data Modeling and working with databases or business intelligence tools.
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Knowledge of real estate markets and investment analytics is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and meet project deadlines.
