Data Analyst- Manufacturing Operations

We are a manufacturing and exporting Company of repute having turnover of Rs. 100 Crs. + situated in Khandwa Road, at the outskirts of Indore.

We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our manufacturing plant by analyzing operational, production, quality, maintenance, sales and HR data. The role focuses on analyzing end-to-end data and transform it into actionable insights and dashboards that enable management to make informed, data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze production, quality, maintenance, and energy data from plant systems
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports for plant leadership
• Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities
• Present insights clearly to management for data-driven decisions

Required Skills:

• Experience with manufacturing or plant data
• Understanding of shop floor KPIs and processes
• Ability to translate data into clear business insights
• Excel (advanced)
• BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering, Data Analytics, or related field
• 35 years of relevant experience (manufacturing preferred)
