About the Role:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to convert business requirements into actionable insights and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and documentation.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Ensure project deliverables align with business goals.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of business processes and requirement gathering
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 35 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role
