Data Analyst

Experience: - 7+ years

Qualification: - Bachelor s degree (B.A/B.com/Bsc)

Roles & Responsibilities: -

support end-to-end analytics initiatives. Candidates must work with large datasets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver real business impact.

Possesses higher-level understanding of data management concepts and principles.

Communicates at very high level, both written and verbal, to both internal and external stakeholders.

Defines best practices and the design/development of the data layers for reporting development.

Participates in the overall client engagement as the reporting Subject Matter expert (SME) in delivering reporting solutions while collaborating with internal team to ensure the accurate collection and analysis of reporting requirements, including new data requirements, reporting layout and user needs.

Develops complex worksheets and dashboards for effective storytelling, along with ad-hoc data sets for end users.

Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes

Analyze the data sets and provide adequate information

Liaise with internal and external clients to fully understand data content

Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences and present them successfully to management using Advanced excel Skills.

Skills:-

Advanced Excel skills; including creating and modifying macros, as well as creating dashboards using Advanced functionality of Excel such as Power Query, Power Pivot and Data Modelling.

Formulas, Functions, Pivot tables, lookup and reference formulas (i.e. VLOOKUPS, XLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, INDIRECT AND OFFSET),

Statistical Formulas (COUNTIFS, SUMIFS), VBA MACROS, CONDITIONAL FORMATTING, importing data, creating graphs/charts, etc.

Excellent written communication skills

Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data; including the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, patterns in complex data sets
