Data Analyst Intern

About the Role

This role works directly with the Founders Office on high-impact business problems across growth, marketing, operations, and strategy. This is not just a reporting or dashboard role -youll help drive real decisions using data.

What Youll Do

• Analyze acquisition, conversion, retention, and repeat funnels
• Track key metrics like CAC, LTV, AOV, contribution margins, and cohorts
• Build Dashboards and do analysis across business, operations and other functions
• Build weekly/monthly dashboards for leadership
• Run deep dives on marketing performance and campaign ROI
• Identify growth opportunities and customer behavior insights
• Support pricing, discounting, and category strategy with data
• Help with fundraising metrics, investor dashboards, and business reporting
• Work on experiments and measure impact
• Automate reports and improve internal analytics systems

What Were Looking For

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• SQL (must-have)
• Comfortable working with large datasets
• Ability to turn data into clear insights and actions
• High ownership and fast execution mindset

Good to Have

• Python or R
• Experience with tools like GA, Mixpanel, Metabase, Tableau, or Power BI
• Startup or e-commerce exposure
