Data Analyst to support the Internal Audit function by designing, building, and executing data-driven audit analytics for EV battery and battery-swapping operations, ensuring robust controls, risk visibility, and compliance across stations, fleet, and Battery transactions.

Job Role description-

Develop and run data-driven audit tests on EV battery-swapping transactions, station-level performance, warranty claims.

Identify anomalies, control gaps, and fraud-risk patterns using advanced AI tools or audit-analytics tools like GoAudits.

Analyze battery-cycle data, SOC/SOH trends, station-uptime, swap-count, and KPIs to support risk-based audit planning.

Support audits of revenue recognition, warranty accounting, and subsidy/ incentive claims related to battery-swapping.

Build dashboards and reports for Internal Audit, Risk, and senior management (e.g., swap station risk heat maps, warranty claim trends, control deficiency summaries).

Document data-analytics workpapers, assumptions, and methodology for audit evidence and regulatory review

Collaborate with IT, operations, and finance to improve data quality and auditability of BP and station performance.

Recommend automation and continuous-monitoring routines (e.g., automated exception reports for high-risk stations or customers).

Skills and qualifications

o Bachelors or Masters in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, or related field.

o Exposure to internal-audit or compliance functions (even as part of finance/operations analytics) is a plus.

o Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and IoT / telematics data structures is desirable.

o Basic understanding of EV battery systems, battery-swapping operations, or energy-services business models.

Soft skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively across audit, IT, operations, and finance.
