Data Analyst

Use analytical skills to design, develop and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations that provide insight to our client partners
* Interpret reports and analyses to make recommendations
* Lead complex reporting and analytics projects, including managing meetings and project plans
* Work with clients and business partners to create use cases and build supporting documentation
* Work with technology teams to investigate system performance and data issues
* Develop a sense of urgency when key deliverables are jeopardized; facilitate problem solving and meetings to address obstacles
* Perform other related duties as assigned
– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
* Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
* 4+ years of data analysis work experience
* 3+ years of development experience with PowerBI
* 3+ years of SQL query development experience
* 2+ years of experience working with enterprise data warehouse environments
* 2+ years in a healthcare organization (provider, payer etc.)
* Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
* Demonstrated ability to self-direct and work in a cross-functional team environment
