Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 2+ years of experience to join our growing analytics team. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business strategy across sales, production, operations, and finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
• Build and maintain dashboards in Excel / Google Sheets / Power BI
• Support leadership with weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting
• Analyse data across Sales, Production, Operations, Finance
• Improve data accuracy, structure, and standardization across teams
• Work closely with India and US teams for data consolidation and insights
• Develop forecasting models, cost analysis, and performance trackers
• Ensure strong data governance, validation, and hygiene

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI (or any BI tool)
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset
• Experience in manufacturing, exports, or jewellery industry is a plus.
