About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to serve as the critical interface between investment strategy and technological execution. This role is ideal for a professional committed to leveraging data and AI to drive measurable financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Market Research & Strategic Analysis
• Monitor and interpret real-time financial markets, company fundamentals, and key macroeconomic indicators.
• Synthesize statistics and trends into actionable insights that directly inform investment and asset allocation decisions.
• Prepare detailed investment notes, comprehensive reports, and sophisticated dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Technology & AI Application Development
• Design, develop, and maintain bespoke, scalable in-house applications for enhanced investment research and portfolio analytics.
• Integrate cutting-edge AI/ML models into financial workflows to achieve process automation and deeper analytical capabilities.
• Manage large, diverse datasets by establishing robust data pipelines, working with APIs, and maintaining database integrity.
• Ensure code quality, documentation, and version control across all developed solutions.
• Collaborative Solution Implementation
• Partner with research analysts, fund managers, and external data providers to precisely define business requirements.
• Translate complex financial needs into functional, architecturally sound, and tech-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree

Required Skills

• Financial Acumen: A fundamental understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and key economic/market statistics.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), Node.js, or equivalent. Experience with standard AI/ML frameworks is essential.
• Data Handling: Proven expertise in working with databases, APIs, and managing data storage solutions (cloud or local).
• Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to deconstruct complex investment problems and conceptualize effective technical solutions.
• Communication: Exceptional skills in technical documentation, presentation, and clear articulation of both technical architecture and financial implications.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience (internships or projects) in a professional setting such as Fintech, Quantitative Research, or Investment Analytics.
• Direct exposure to large language models (LLMs), agentic AI frameworks, or automated research development.
