- Experience working with engineering documents/data for plant maintenance such as Drawings, P&IDs, SLDs, Datasheets, and Vendor Documents
- Hands-on experience with any CMMS / EAM / ERP systems
- Track, request, and manage equipment spares
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience managing documentation/data related to Engineering, Construction, Operations, and Maintenance
- Strong understanding of document and data control procedures
- Ensure project documents/data are timely controlled, accessible, and up to date across locations
- Good knowledge of equipment technical information and classification
- Experience in data management tools will be an added advantage
- Must have good communication skills
Qualification Required
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical (mandatory) no other discipline
- Plant maintenance experience is mandatory (Petchem, Chemical, or Oil & Gas only)
- Strictly exclude: Pharma, FMCG, CPG, or Mining backgrounds
- Experience: 4 to 7 years
- Location: Vadodara (No WFH)
