Hiring: Analyst Vendor Management / Data Operations

Location: Pune

Experience: 3+ years

Compensation: 12.5 LPA (Fixed) + 18% Variable

Qualification: Masters degree

Role Overview

We are looking for an Analyst with strong data handling and advanced Excel skills to support vendor data, compliance, reporting, and risk monitoring activities.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate vendor information and support regulatory and operational requirements.

Key Skills Required

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables)

Power Query & Excel-based reporting

Data cleaning, validation & MIS reporting

Vendor Management / Compliance / Risk Operations exposure

Python knowledge (good to have)

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update vendor inventory and related data
• Perform data quality checks and validations
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis
• Support vendor compliance, risk assessment, and performance tracking
• Assist with vendor onboarding, renewals, and lifecycle activities
