The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, interpreting data needs, and designing effective business solutions. This role involves developing insightful and visually compelling Tableau reports to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, the analyst will mentor junior team members by sharing domain expertise and providing guidance on data interpretation and analysis best practices

Primary Responsibilities:

• Interaction with key stakeholders on regular basis and identify the new Analytics business opportunities
• Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise by Analyzing and investigating
• Drive Marketing Analytics for Healthcare Domain
• Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
• Managing a team of data/statistical analysts
• Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area 
• Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
• Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Quantitative or related field
• 5+ years of experience in SQL and Tableau with analysis experience, programming, and reporting with a solid understanding of data storage structures
• 4+ years of business analytics work experience 
• 3+ years of experience in working with visualization tools such as tableau
• 2+ years of experience with project methodology (requirements, design, development, test, and implementation) 
• Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures
• Demonstrated process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes
• Demonstrated excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills
• Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualification:

• 4+ years of experience with reporting and analyzing large amounts of data
