Growth Fusion is hiring a Data Analyst with strong SQL, Looker Studio, Excel, and digital marketing knowledge. If you love working with data, optimizing campaigns, and supporting decision-making in a fast-paced performance marketing environment, we want to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize Looker Studio dashboards for reporting and insights.
- Write, run, and optimize complex SQL queries across BigQuery and other databases.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, AOV, EPC).
- Clean, structure, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with media buyers to provide insights that improve campaign performance.
- Automate weekly/monthly reporting using SQL, Looker Studio, or Excel.
- Create Excel-based analysis (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas).
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for scaling campaigns.
Requirements
- 13 years experience in Data Analytics.
- Strong command of SQL (joins, CTEs, data transformations).
- Hands-on experience with Looker Studio dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, PowerQuery a plus).
- Understanding of digital marketing KPIs and funnel metrics.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with RedTrack, Voluum, Everflow, or other tracking platforms.
- Exposure to BigQuery or similar data warehouses.
- Basic Python for automation (optional).
- Understanding of Meta, Google, Snap, TikTok ad platforms.
