Job Overview:

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, generating actionable insights, and supporting the development and implementation of data-driven models that assist business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
• Develop data models and support AI/ML initiatives by preparing and validating datasets.
• Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Work closely with data scientists and engineering teams to support machine learning model development and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various data pipelines.
• Document analytical processes, models, and insights for future reference.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML concepts and data preparation for machine learning models.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning basics.
• Experience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exposure to machine learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience in building predictive analytics or AI-driven insights.
