Job summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Experience Design PowerBI MS Powerpoint Excel Macros and MS Excel. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage and deliver successful projects. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and contribute to the companys overall success.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning and implementation of projects ensuring alignment with company objectives.Oversee project timelines deliverables and resources to ensure successful project completion.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status risks and issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope goals and deliverables.Utilize Experience Design skills to enhance user experience and project outcomes.Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.Use PowerBI to create and analyze data visualizations that support project decision-making.Prepare and deliver presentations using MS Powerpoint to communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders.Implement and manage Excel Macros to automate repetitive tasks and improve project efficiency.Analyze project data using MS Excel to identify trends and insights that inform project decisions.Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment to drive project success.
Qualifications
Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.Demonstrate proficiency in Experience Design PowerBI MS Powerpoint Excel Macros and MS Excel.Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.Showcase excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.Show experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.Possess a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Exhibit the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks.Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Have a passion for continuous improvement and professional development.
