What Youll Do:

Lead and coordinate daily and weekly data operations, ensuring seamless ETL pipeline refreshes

Monitor data quality, perform validations, and drive root cause analysis to resolve issues efficiently

Serve as the primary client-facing point of contact for operational updates, escalations, and reporting

Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve operational processes

What Were Looking For:

34 years of hands-on experience in KTLO operations and data management

Strong proficiency in SQL and Python , with a solid understanding of ETL and data integration workflows

Experience handling data investigations, refresh monitoring, and operational reporting

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in client-facing environments
