Summary: As a Data & Document Management Processor, you will perform end to end document management services according to service level agreements. This includes data digitization, data indexing, document scanning, and maintenance, etc. You will support initiatives with a focus on continuous improvement. Your typical day will involve efficiently managing and organizing documents, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, and contributing to process enhancements and optimization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Efficiently manage and organize documents according to service level agreements. - Ensure data accuracy and integrity during data digitization, indexing, and scanning processes. - Support process enhancements and optimization initiatives. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives. - Maintain documentation and records in a systematic manner. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Strong understanding of document management principles and practices. - Familiarity with data digitization, indexing, and scanning techniques. - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Infra Transformation. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
