Darwin Box Consultant

Darwin box Consultant (Darwinbox & integrations) is essential for the effective implementation and management of HRMS within the organization. This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of HRMS processes and systems. The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in Darwin box and have experience in the implementation and support of Darwin box.

Responsibilities

• Strong expertise in Darwinbox with end-to-end implementations/rollouts
• Experience working with multiple clients
• Configure, enhance, and execute Darwinbox workflows and new functionalities
• Design and implement business process solutions ensuring seamless system integration
• Solid product knowledge in Darwinbox Hiring and Settlement modules
• Hands-on experience with ticketing tools such as Redserve, JIRA, ServiceNow
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to deliver process and integration improvements
• Working knowledge of Darwinbox and SAP HR platforms
• Strong stakeholder management with focus on user satisfaction
• Prepare and maintain functional documentation (Specs, Testing, Design)
• Adhere to change management processes and ensure proper tracking
• Support testing, deployment, bug fixes, and ongoing system enhancements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HRMS / HRIS implementations (Darwinbox preferred)
• Hands-on experience with Darwinbox modules such as Hiring, Onboarding, Payroll, or Settlement
• Strong understanding of business process design and system integrations
• Experience working in a consulting or multi-client environment
