Dar Store Manager (Pharmacist)-Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and licensed Pharmacist responsible for dispensing medications

accurately, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining inventory, and providing proper

medication guidance to patients/customers. The candidate must be registered with the

Gujarat State Pharmacy Council and available for full-time engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Dispense prescription and OTC medicines accurately as per doctors prescription

Review prescriptions for correct dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications

Counsel patients/customers on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and storage

requirements

Maintain prescription records and required documentation

Ensure compliance with Drugs & Cosmetics Act, Pharmacy Act, and applicable state and

local regulations

Maintain proper inventory and stock records

Follow FEFO/FIFO practices for stock rotation

Monitor and maintain proper storage conditions including temperature and humidity

Handle and record controlled drugs as per regulatory requirements

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, vendors, and suppliers as required

Support internal and external audits and regulatory inspections

Ensure cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy area

Educational Qualification

B.Pharm / D.Pharm / M.Pharm from a recognized institution

Mandatory Requirements

Must be registered with Gujarat State Pharmacy Council

Valid and active pharmacist registration certificate required

Full-time engagement is mandatory

Name lending or proxy registration is strictly prohibited

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical drugs and regulations
