• Drive Results: Oversee every step of implementation, from design to deployment, ensuring seamless change management and empowering users to succeed.
• Unlock Insights: Partner with analytics teams to turn financial data into actionable intelligence, powering strategic decisions and real-time reporting.

What You Bring

• Deep expertise in Supply Chain ERP implementations, with hands-on D365FO modules. A passion for global collaboration and a knack for navigating complex, multicultural environments.
• Strong communication skills and a talent for inspiring teams.
• A drive to innovate, challenge the status quo, and deliver results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Operation and Supply Chain with ERP implementations, with at least 3 years in D365FO in internal global enterprise.
• Strong understanding of Operational Master data and processes within Inventory, Manufacturing, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics.
• Experience with full lifecycle ERP rollouts, including requirement gathering, design, testing, and go-live.
• Experience with Production, Maintenance (EAM), Warehouse, Transportation, and Logistics functional areas with MSD365FO.
• Microsoft certifications in D365 Operation and Supply Chain i.e. (MB-330,335) and Core F&O (MB-300) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Experience working in a matrixed organization with global stakeholders, other Product owners as well as different cultures.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, ) and collaboration platforms (e.g., MS Teams).
• Proven skills in developing impactful presentations that drive alignment and facilitate informed decision-making across all levels of the organisation.
