As a Product Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technical/Product/Business complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products and manage relationships with those customers.

Job Title: D365 F&O With Dual Write

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 5+ Years

Work Location: Hybrid Model in Hyderabad / Bangalore

Mode of Hiring: Permanent

Notice Period: 0-15 Days

Shift type: Night Shifts & Rotational Shifts

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations data entities and underlying table schema.
• Knowledge of Dataverse / Customer Engagement Apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Experience with DualWrite setup , lifecycle services, and environment linking.
• Familiarity with Power Platform , virtual entities, Dataverse plugins, and API interactions.
• Ability to read and troubleshoot X++ , C# , and Power Platform components.

Understanding of Azure integration services (Service Bus, Logic Apps, Data Export Service, etc.) is a plus
