Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Lead / Senior Specialist Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM with hands-on expertise in Customer Engagement modules and Azure integrations. The ideal candidate will lead solution development, mentor team members, and ensure best practices within an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development and customization of Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Design and implement solutions in:
• Customer Service
• Sales
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Develop and manage Power Automate flows
• Integrate Dynamics 365 with Azure services
• Participate in requirement analysis and solution design
• Conduct Agile ceremonies and technical reviews
• Mentor developers and enforce coding best practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues using logs, code analysis, and documentation
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes
• Stay updated with the latest features in Microsoft O365 and Azure technologies

Technical Skills Required:

• Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement)
• Experience in:
• Power Automate
• PowerApps (Model-Driven Apps)
• Microsoft Portals
• Azure Services knowledge:
• Azure Data Factory
• Synapse
• Logic Apps
• Function Apps
• Development expertise:
• JavaScript
• C# Plugin Development
• SQL Server
• SSIS
• Experience with Power BI reporting & analytics
• Knowledge of Office 365, Microsoft Graph API, and workflows
• Ability to configure entities, forms, views, workflows, and Business Process Flows (BPF)
