We are looking for an experienced 365 CRM Platform Tech Lead for an onsite role in the Philippines.

Experience: 36 Years
Qualifications & Experience
Hands-on experience in configuring and setting up Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Strong exposure to Microsoft technologies: Azure, Office 365, .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL Server
Experience with Power Automate (Flows), PowerApps, SharePoint, Power BI
Solid understanding of system architecture, development, and integrations
Key Responsibilities
Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, module delivery, and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions within scope, schedule, and budget
Review infrastructure, security, and solution design
Identify, track, and manage technical issues; escalate when required
Apply project best practices and contribute to the organizational knowledge base
Oversee deployment activities and validate deployment guidelines
Provide user support during the Hypercare period and ensure smooth handover to Application Support
Train new Technical Leads on project delivery processes, as needed
