We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM Application Tech Lead with strong expertise in application architecture, development, and system integration within Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

This role requires strong technical leadership, stakeholder communication, and hands-on involvement across the full project lifecycle.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM application

Strong knowledge of system architecture, development & integrations

Excellent communication skills ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

Define all work items and dependencies required to deliver features and functionalities

Align with the Project Manager on business outcomes, module scope, and timelines

Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions within scope, following SDLC & governance processes

Assist in vendor evaluation and manage vendor deliverables

Support project scoping / re-scoping and update build plans accordingly

Review infrastructure, security, and solution design

Review functional & non-functional requirements, test plans, test scripts, and RTM

Facilitate technical issue resolution during SIT & UAT phases

Oversee deployment activities and review deployment guidelines

Support project closure, ensuring documentation, deliverables, and lessons learned are completed
