Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Develop and configure CRMsolutions, including workflows, plugins, and custom scripts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnicalsolutions.
- Integrate CRMwith other enterprise applications and external systems.
- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRMperformance, security, and usability.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics CRMupdates and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of CRMcustomization, configuration, and deployment.
- Hands-onexperience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
- Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BIfor reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, FetchXML, and CRMSDK.
- Strong understanding of CRMsecurity models and role-based access controls.
- Experience with data migration tools like KingswaySoft or SSIS.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, and Windows Serveris a plus.
