Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Develop and configure CRMsolutions, including workflows, plugins, and custom scripts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them intotechnicalsolutions.
  • Integrate CRMwith other enterprise applications and external systems.
  • Perform data migration and ensure data integrity.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRMperformance, security, and usability.
  • Provide end-user training and documentation.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Dynamics CRMupdates and best practices.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of CRMcustomization, configuration, and deployment.
  • Hands-onexperience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Power Automate, and PowerApps.
  • Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and Power BIfor reporting.
  • Proficiency in SQL Server, FetchXML, and CRMSDK.
  • Strong understanding of CRMsecurity models and role-based access controls.
  • Experience with data migration tools like KingswaySoft or SSIS.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, and Windows Serveris a plus.
