We are seeking an experienced D365 F&O HCM Lead Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in implementing, optimizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This senior-level role is responsible for driving strategic HCM transformation initiatives, providing expert guidance to clients, and leading project teams to successful delivery

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end D365 F&O HCM implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Serve as the primary HCM subject matter expert for clients, advising on best practices, business process improvements, and industry trends.

Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and professional growth of team members.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute HCM transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Design and configure modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and Employee Self-Service.

Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal consultants.

Support business development activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal development, and client presentations.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data security standards within HCM solutions.

Identify opportunities for system optimization and process automation to maximize ROI for clients.

Troubleshoot complex issues and provide ongoing support for live D365 F&O HCM environments

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors or masters degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 10 years experience in HCM consulting, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.

Proven track record of leading large-scale HCM implementations in enterprise environments.

Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and change management principles.

Strong knowledge of D365 F&O HCM modules, configuration, and integration with other business systems.

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or HCM modules are highly desirable.

Experience with global implementations and multi-country payroll is a plus.
