Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 (D365) Administrator to support and manage environment-related activities across the D365 platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience administering D365 environments in large enterprise settings, with a strong focus on security, compliance, scalability, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer all aspects of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).
• Support environment-related activities such as provisioning, refreshes, upgrades, patching, and decommissioning.
• Implement and manage security configurations, roles, and access controls, ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory standards (including SOX).
• Monitor the health, performance, and availability of D365 environments; proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Recommend and implement best practices for environment management, security, performance, and scalability.
• Work closely with IT, security, and business stakeholders to support enterprise-scale D365 implementations.
• Document administrative procedures, support processes, and troubleshooting steps to ensure maintainability and knowledge transfer.
• Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and operational readiness activities.
• Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for the D365 platform.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a D365 Administrator or in a similar D365 platform administration role.
• Hands-on experience setting up and managing D365 environments in a large enterprise environment, with an understanding of scale and complexity.
• Strong knowledge of D365 security concepts, role-based access control, and compliance requirements (including SOX).
• Experience with environment monitoring, health checks, and performance optimization.
• Ability to define, document, and enforce best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-heavy environments.
• Familiarity with Azure services related to D365 (e.g., Azure AD, monitoring tools).
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Azure certifications are a plus.
